On August 23, 2023, a study visit was made to the Ploenchit Office Building, one of MEA’s properties, which has achieved Green Building certification and is internationally recognized. It has also been honored as a leader in energy and environmental design (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design: LEED) at the Platinum level, the highest rating from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI). Additionally, the building has received the Green Office award from the Department of Environmental Quality Promotion, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
